1. Clean your mouth
Brush your teeth or rinse with mouthwash to remove any remaining food particles or residue.
2. Apply the gel
Using the brush tip of the pen, gently twist until the brush becomes wet.
You’ll see the gel appear you can lightly touch it with your fingertip to confirm.
Apply a thin, even layer directly onto your gums and teeth.
3. Let It Absorb
Avoid rinsing your mouth for 1–2 minutes after application to allow the active ingredients to fully penetrate and take effect. After 1–2 minutes, gently spit out any excess if needed. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application.
4. Use consistently
For best results, apply twice daily in the morning and before bed.
